Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Work Authorization #2 in the amount of $5,000.00 to expire on December 30th, 2020 between Williamson County and Wiss, Janney, Elstner, Inc. (WJE) for the survey monitoring of any potential long-term foundation movement as part of the Limited Structural Assessment Project.
Background
On May 6th, 2020, WJE performed a visual inspection and baseline evaluation of the site and determined the need for a survey to monitor potential long-term differential settlement and provide a better understanding of structural performance to develop recommendations for possible future expansion of the garage. This project will be funded under P524.
