Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on accepting and approving a report on the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter (P-435); Vaughn Construction Change Order #19 in the amount of[DB1] $13,827.00 for civil related work on the Exterior Kennel Project. Funds will come from project contingency.
Background
This change order is to provide Installation of Root Barrier and River Gravel to the Exterior Kennel Building. Funding of $0.00 will come from project contingency. There is a time extension expected of 14 days. On March 6, 2018, the Williamson County Commissioners Court granted Dale Butler, Williamson County Facilities Department Director, with general authority to approve change orders in relation to any Williamson County construction project pursuant to Local Government Code 262.031. This report is being provided for purposes of notifying the court of such change order and to place it in the minutes of the Commissioners Court.
