Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on accepting and approving a report on the Williamson County Medic 11 Project (P-512); LMC Corporation Change Order #2 in the amount of $13,811.32 for civil related work on the drive apron. Funding will come from project contingency.
Background
This change order is to provide changes in scope to Medic 11 Bay driveway apron from asphalt to concrete. There is a time extension expected of 30 days. On March 6, 2018, the Williamson County Commissioners Court granted Dale Butler, Williamson County Facilities Department Director, with general authority to approve change orders in relation to any Williamson County construction project pursuant to Local Government Code 262.031. This report is being provided for purposes of notifying the court of such change order and to place it in the minutes of the Commissioners Court.
