Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on accepting and approving a report on the River Ranch County Park (P-315); Prime Construction Change Order #5 in the amount of $55,834.94 for Change Events #71 for Electrical Power Supply and #72 for Maintenance Building Service Rack and Secondary Wiring. This change order is being funded through Owner’s contingency from within the existing project budget.
Background
This change order is to provide changes in scope to the electrical power supply and maintenance building electrical service rack.
