Background
Purchasing solicited sealed statements of qualifications for the design of a new building for the Child Advocacy Center. 36 firms participated in the RFQ of which 6 firms submitted a response. An evaluation was held which resulted in a short list for interviews. After interviews, it was determined that BLGY was the most qualified firm. Contract negotiations resulted in a contract amount of $736,556.00. Department point of contact is Dale Butler.
