Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on increasing the banked holiday hours cap for Williamson County employees.
Background
The holiday hours cap was moved from 200 to 212 before the Good Friday holiday due to COVID-19. HR recommends moving the cap to 224 to cover the upcoming Memorial Day holiday. If approved, the cap will still decrease to 200 at the end of this fiscal year, Sept. 30, 2020.
