Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Services Contract between Williamson County and Montgomery Construction Services LLC to provide the removal of existing roof materials and replace with new materials for both Williamson County Health District in the amount of $8,955 and Life Steps Buildings in the amount of $11,560 for a total of $20,515 per the Terms of TIPS Contract #180702 and authorizing execution of the agreement.
