Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a first amended engagement letter agreement between The Law Office Of Randy Leavitt and Williamson County regarding legal representation of Williamson County and the members of the Williamson County Commissioners Court in relation to Troy Mansfield v. Williamson County, Case: 1:18-cv-00049-ML in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas; and other potential litigation matters as requested by the Williamson County Commissioners Court and its General Counsel; and exemption of these services from the competitive bid/proposal requirements of the County Purchasing Act pursuant to the discretionary exemption for personal or professional services, as set forth under Tex. Loc. Gov’t Code § 262.024(a)(4).
