Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding a Letter of Transfer / Ownership to the Texas Archeological Research Laboratory (TARL) for permanent curation (records only) obtained as part of the Texas Historical Commission permit process. This is required as part of the Due Diligence Environmental Investigations on the Great Oaks Bridge project, a Road Bond project in Commissioner Pct. 1. P: 270 Funding Source: Road Bond.
Background
Curation is a legal requirement of the State Antiquities Permit. Upon completion of the permitted project, a copy of the final report will be provided to TARL per the Texas Antiquities Code for their records.
