Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a policy exception for a new hire for the County Attorney's Office.
Background
The County Attorney would like to onboard his First Assistant PCN 0066 at the same rate as the previous First Assistant, $131,314.82. Policy allows a hire at 15% over minimum for external hires which would be $122,132.90 for a B.42. There would be no fiscal impact, as the money is already budgeted on the position.
