Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving an agreement between Idemia and Williamson County for digital photo capture software and hardware in the amount of $2,240 and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
Approval of this item will support the operations of the Williamson County Juvenile Services Department. Agreement attached outlines the software and hardware components of this purchase. Initial purchase is $2,240 with an annual maintenance of $200. IT has approved this purchase. Legal and Contract Audit have reviewed the agreement.
