Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the Interim Amendment due to the Coronavirus with Aramark Correctional Services, LLC operating under Contract #1605-081 for Food Services for Williamson County Jail, for the term of January 26, 2021, through the remainder of the contract term July 31, 2021.

This Interim Amendment is due to the occasional unavailability of trustee labor during the pandemic and to adjust the menu served, convert to a sack lunch format, and provide for use of certain disposable supplies, together with a corresponding adjustment to the price per meal rates on an as-needed basis during the Covid period interruption from the normal food services operation.  This will be valid during the remainder of the contract term through July 31, 2021.  The point of contact in the Sheriff's Department is Asst. Chief Deputy Pokluda.  The budget line item is 01 0100 0570 003306 Food Service.
