Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding Change Order No. 4 in the amount of $3,055.00 for Project T1740 Sam Bass Interim Signals (Austin Traffic Signal), a Road Bond project in Commissioner Pct. 1  P:462 Funding Source: Road Bond.

This Change Order provides the final quantities for the overrun/underrun of Contract items on the project. The project required the use of 7 (seven) timber poles for the signals instead of the 4 (four) that were previously reported. 

This Change Order results in an increase of $3,055.00 to the Contract amount, for an adjusted Contract total of $307,008.36. The original Contract amount was $319,866.00. Because of this and all other Change Orders, $12,857.64 has been deducted from the Contract, resulting in a 4.0% net decrease in the Contract cost.
