Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the FY22 renewal of Microsoft EA Licenses with SHI Government Solution, Inc.in the amount of $820,686.36 pursuant to DIR Contract #DIR-TSO-4092 to support the operations of the Williamson County ITS Department.
Background
This is the annual renewal for the Enterprise License Agreement for Microsoft 365 Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Coverage term is from February 1st, 2022 through January 31st, 2023. Quote is attached. IT, legal, contract audit and budget have reviewed this purchase. This expenditure will be charged to FY22 01.0100.0503.004208. Department point of contact is Richard Semple.
