Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the service agreement for county facility Fire Systems Equipment, Services and Repair between Johnson Controls Fire Protection, LP and Williamson County, pursuant to Sourcewell Contract 031517-SGL and authorize the execution of the agreement.
Background
The initial term shall commence on award date and expire on September 30, 2022. The contract shall renew for one (1) year on October 1, 2022 and shall continue until September 30, 2023. Contract documents and facilities list is attached. The Department Point of contact is Christi Stromberg. Estimated amount for FY22 is $75,000.00 Funding Source: 100-509-4500, 100-509-4510, 100-509-4509.
