Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on ratifying and approving the replat of Lot 23A Big Valley subdivision – Precinct 3.

This subdivision consists of 2 lots and no new roads.  The purpose of this replat is to create an additional lot, Lot 23C, out of the existing Lot 23A of the Big Valley subdivision.  Pursuant to the Commissioners Court action taken September 10, 2019, the County Engineer has approved this replat in order to meet the review timelines set forth in House Bill 3167.

2021-10-29 – initial submittal of replat application
2021-11-17 – 1st review complete with comments
2021-12-03 – 2nd submittal of replat
2021-12-04 – 2nd review complete with comments
2021-12-15 – 3rd submittal of replat
2021-12-20 – 3rd review complete with comments clear
2021-12-20 – replat received with signatures
2022-01-04 – County Engineer approval letter sent
2022-01-06 – replat placed on the January 11, 2022 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
