Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving contract with G2 CSi General Contractor for Williamson County Constable Office (Taylor) Renovation, utilizing TIPS cooperative contract 211001, in the not-to-exceed amount of $65,000.00 for renovations and authorize the execution of the agreement.
Background
This proposed contract provides for the renovation of the Precinct #4 Constables Office, to include the addition of a secure receptionist desk, the relocation of doors, the expansion of existing meeting space and painting as needed. Funding Source 01.0100.1033.004509 and approved for FY22 budget. Department Point of Contact Dwayne Gossett.
