Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving a Service Agreement between Williamson County and TRISTAR Risk Management for the provision of third-party administrator services and authorizing the execution of the agreement. 
 

Background

This agreement pertains to the County’s current Property/Casualty and Workers’ Compensation insurance coverage package that Commissioners Court approved on 9/28/2021. These services are necessary to manage those claims against the County that fall within the County’s retention/deductible amounts.
