Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the new 480th District Court.
Background
This line item transfer will facilitate the purchase of furniture and computer equipment to enable the new District Court to be up and running on October 1st. It also allows IT equipment to be included in the last bulk order of the year in May 2022 providing for substantial discounts. Monies were set aside in the FY22 budget for this purpose.
