Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the purchase of software subscription for Williamson County Emergency Services from LobbyGuard Solutions, LLC., in the not-to-exceed amount of $3,680.00, and authorizing the execution of this agreement.
Background
This purchase includes a 3-year software subscription that includes support and maintenance, ten (10) rolls of badge labels, twenty (20) key tags, LobbyGuard Camera, DS457 code scanner and single spool printer. The purchase has been approved by the IT Department. Funding source is 01.0100.0583.003011. Department point of Contact is Damaris Morales.
