Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the service contract between and Williamson County and Perez Construction, LLC., for the repairs of the South West Regional Park Splash Pad, in the not-to-exceed amount of $15,652.50, and authorize the execution of the agreement.
Background
This project is to repair the area damaged by the removal of the splash pad slide located at the Williamson County South West Regional Park 3005 CR 175 Leander, TX 77861. Three quotes were obtained for this project. The quotation includes a detailed scope of work. Funding Source is 01.0100.1072.004509. The department point of contact is Angel Gomez.
