Background
Williamson County sent out over 1,100 notifications for this solicitation with three (3) vendors submitting responses for Flex Base per Item 247, Texas Department of Transportation, Standard Specifications for Construction and Maintenance of Highways, Streets, and Bridges 2014. Initial term is one (1) year with options for two (2) additional twelve (12) month renewals. Pricing is included in the attached spreadsheet. Budgeted amount: $485,000.00. Funding source for FY2022: 0200-210-003551 and 0200-0210-003597. Terron Evertson is the department point of contact.
