Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding Change Order No. 11 in the amount of ($211,080.35) for Project 3866-Forest North Phase 3 Drainage Improvements (DeNucci Constructors) P: 225 Funding Source: Road Bond.

This Change Order provides the balancing for the overrun of Contract quantities on the project paid for by Williamson County. The overruns were a result of addressing field conditions not accounted for in the original plans.   

This Change Order results in a net decrease of $211,080.35 to the Contract amount, for an adjusted Contract total of $5,034,599.81. The original Contract amount was $4,793,058.15. Due to all Change Orders to-date, $241,541.66 has been added to the Contract. Of the $241,541.66 added to the Contract, the City of Austin is responsible for $194,457.87 (4.06%) for water line changes. The County is responsible for the remaining $47,083.79 (0.98%), which includes storm sewer and other drainage related changes. Zero (0) additional days will be added to the Contract as a result of this Change Order.
