Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the County Addendum for evidence testing from Bode Technology and exempting the procurement pursuant to Texas Local Government Code Discretionary Exemption 262.024(a)(2) - an item necessary to preserve the health and safety of the residents of Williamson County, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
Approval of this item will support the operations of the Williamson County Sheriff's Office. Attached are the County Addendum and price list that includes pricing for different types of evidence testing. The Sheriff's Office will utilize testing services on an as needed basis. Legal, contract audit and budget have reviewed this purchase. This expenditure will be charged to FY22 01.0100.2008.004100. Department contact is Mary Johnson.
