Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding solicitation #22RFP63 Tax Office Payment Processing to the highest scoring proposer, Point and Pay, LLC, and authorizing execution of the agreement.

Purchasing solicited sealed proposals for Tax Office Payment Processing under solicitation #22RRFP63.  Ninety (90) vendors were notified of the solicitation, 43 vendors downloaded solicitation documents.  Eleven (11) proposals were submitted, four (4) were shortlisted.  Shortlisted vendors were invited to interview and demonstrate their solution.  A best and final offer was requested from the top scoring vendor, Point and Pay, LLC.  The evaluation committee recommends Point and Pay, LLC be awarded the contract for Tax Payment Processing.  The evaluation score sheet, recommendation letter, contract and Williamson County addendum are attached.  IT, legal, and contract audit have reviewed this project and agreement.  Contract is for an initial term of 36 months with the option to renew for additional (12) twelve-month periods.  There is no cost to the county for this service as fees are charged to the customer.  Department contact is Matt Johnson.
