Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the County Attorney's Office.
Background
This line item transfer is being requested for the purchase of 2 department rifles that will be kept in the County Attorney's office and stored in the current gun lockers already in place in the office. There was a line item transfer previously approved FY21 4/6/21 for this purchase however the guns were out of stock and order was cancelled. The guns are now in stock and are available to purchase. The other transfer is to cover trial expenses for the County Attorney's office.
