Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a policy exception for the County Attorney's office to move surplus salary dollars of $6,000.00 from PCN 0013 to PCN 1908.
Background
This request is an exception to the Compensation-Surplus Salary policy. The PCN 0013 has a surplus of funds that the County Attorney's office is requesting to move to PCN 1908(Current Vacant position). There is no change to the overall budget as the funds are currently in the County Attorney budget. The movement of funds has been discussed with Human Resources.
