Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding Change Order No. 4 in the amount of $36.00 for Project T2232 Hairy Man Rd Brushy Creek Rd (DeNucci Constructors, LLC).  This Change Order was previously approved during Commissioners Court on June 7, 2022 (Agenda Item #41) but the Change Order amount was incorrectly listed as $0 in the agenda item.  This new agenda item and action provides the correct Change Order amount of $36.00.  Precinct 4, Funding Source: Road Bond P284.

This agenda item only corrects the agenda language included in the June 7th agenda.  There are no revisions to the Change Order itself, which is summarized below.

This Change Order provides the final balancing for the overruns/underruns of contract quantities on the project that are a result of addressing field conditions not accounted for in the original plans. 

This Change Order results in a net increase of $36.00 to the Contract amount, for an adjusted Contract total of $3,526,929.95. The original Contract amount was $3,964,380.00. As a result of this and all Change Orders to-date, $437,450.05 has been deducted from the Contract, resulting in a 11.00% net decrease in the overall Contract cost. No time will be added to the Contract for this Change Order.
