Background
On June 14, 2022, with agenda item #28, the Williamson County Commissioner's Court approved the award of IFB #22IFB104 CR 137 Widening and Overlay to provide materials, experienced widening, milling, sealing, overlay, striping, and equipment to widen and resurface CR 137 to Smith Contracting Co., Inc. This agenda item is for the approval of the ensuing agreement with the awarded vendor for this project.
