Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the month-to-month Lease Agreement extension between Williamson County and Kleinfield Golf Cars, LLC for the rental of a golf cart at a rate of $475.00 per month to support the operations of the Williamson County Expo Center and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
This agreement is for a month-to-month lease of one (1) six (6) passenger gas golf cart for the Expo Center. The monthly rental will be at a rate of $475.00 per month plus a one time pickup/delivery fee of $80.00. The mont-to-month lease is temporary while the option to purchase a cart is being researched. Funding source 01.0100.3106.004620. This expense is budgeted for FY22. Department point of contact is Jason Brown.
