Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding #22RFSQ55 Strategic Plan Consulting to the overall best qualifying firm, SBrand Solutions, LLC, and authorizing execution of the agreement.

The Purchasing Department solicited vendor qualifications for Strategic Plan Consulting Services.  Purchasing released over seventy five hundred (7,500) vendor invites for this RFQ.  Of those that were notified, four hundred thirteen (413) downloaded documents and eleven (11) submitted their qualifications.  Three vendors were shortlisted and interviewed.  After considering all pertinent information the committee has concluded that SBrand Solutions, LLC is the most qualified firm to perform the scope of work.  IT was included in discussions regarding IT components that may be utilized in the creation and tracking of the strategic plan.  Legal and contract audit have reviewed the Professional Services Agreement (PSA).  The PSA includes exhibits outlining the Scope of Services, Rate Schedule & Calendar, and the County's Vendor Reimbursement Policy.   The maximum amount payable under this agreement is $150,000.  This expenditure will be charged to FY22 01.0100.0409.004100.  Point of contact is Purchasing Agent, Joy Simonton.
