Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on the procurement of Property/Casualty & Worker’s Compensation Insurance through Broker of Record McGriff Insurance Services under RFP #22RFP79 for a total amount of up to $5,230,422.00 for the term October 1, 2022 through October 1, 2023.
Background
Williamson County Broker of Record for Risk Insurance McGriff, Seibels & Williams solicited quotes from various carriers. The premium increase for Option #2 recommended for the next term is $701,459.00. The premium reflects an increase in property value, employee salary, and experience rating. The funding sources are complex as each department/office must pay its portion. Funding is provided annually in the General Fund departmental budgets 02050, 04419, 04414, 04413, and 04412.
