Background
Williamson County sent out over seven thousand eight hundred (7,800) notifications and had fifty-nine (59) document takers with four (4) firms submitting a response to this solicitation. The Construction Manager at Risk services will be for the Juvenile Justice Center Addition. The firms were evaluated and SpawGlass Contractors, Inc. was the highest rated and is recommended to move forward with negotiations for a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP.) The County shall pay $60,000.00 for Pre-Construction Services. Construction Estimated Budgeted amount: $27,000,000.00 with the Funding source P578. The point of contact is Trenton Jacobs.
