Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding Change Order No. 13 in the amount of $371.75 for Project 1812-282 Seward Junction Improvements (Jordan Foster Construction) P: 271, P274 Funding Source: Road Bond.
Background
This Change Order provides the final balancing for the overrun/underrun of Contract quantities on the project as a result of addressing field conditions not accounted for in the original plans.
This Change Order results in a net increase of $371.75 to the Contract amount, for an adjusted Contract total of $12,839,851.12. The original Contract amount was $13,270,258.10. As a result of this and all Change Orders to-date, $430,406.98 has been deducted from the Contract, resulting in a 3.24% net decrease in the overall Contract cost. As a result of this Change Order, (0) days will be added to the contract.
