Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for various departments.
Background
During the month of August, the Risk department was waiting on numbers for our work comp bill. Because budget was about to be adopted, and we were not yet clear on how much our premiums would be increasing, we placed $150K in the work comp line in Non-Departmental. Now that the bill has come in, we are moving monies accordingly to facilitate payment of this invoice for FY23.
