Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the purchase of one (1) 2023 Ford Transit 350 Passenger Van in the amount of $66,223.02, pursuant to GoodBuy contract #22-22-8F000. The quote includes a one-time co-op administrative fee of $300.00.
Background
Approval of this purchase will support the Williamson County Corrections Department. Fleet Services and the Budget Office have both reviewed this purchase. This purchase shall replace vehicles SC0601 & SC9719, originally requested in FY22. Funding was moved from FY22 to FY23 by the Budget Office. Vehicle was not available for purchase. Funding Source is 01.0100.0570.005700. The Department point of contact is Chris Watts.
