Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on executing the agreement for IFB #23IFB33 CR 404 Realignment for Capital Excavation Company, in the amount of $5,139,487.45. Funding Source is P391.
Background
Williamson County awarded IFB #23IFB33 on February 28, 2023, under agenda item #60. The wording for “execution of the agreement” was omitted in the original motion and we seek to correct the record. The agreements are not attached to the agenda item requests as HNTB normally gathers the signatures after the motion is passed. Those signed agreements are then entered in the minutes. Moving forward, the agreements will be scanned into the initial agenda item requests. The funding source is P391 and the point of contact is Kim Scherer.
