Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the quote #2023165 between Williamson County and Excell Fueling Systems in the amount of $119,985.00, with a yearly amount of $11,349.00 for FM Live, pursuant to BuyBoard contract #673-22.
Background
The approval of this quote will benefit the fuel locations in Williamson County by migrating the current Fuelmaster system to Cellular FM Live. It will move the satellite fuel sites from phone line connections to cell based modems. Installing this system also requires an update to the database. The attachment shows the details of the transition. Budget and IT have reviewed and approved this purchase. The budget line being charged is 01.0100.0503.005740 as per FY23 budget. The department points of contact are Chris Ball and Richard Semple.
