Background
After our budgets were turned in, we were told that we would be required to return our cheaper rentals for new copiers that will cost us more each month and now we have to move money because we have to pay for the shipping of our cheaper copiers back to Kyocera whose contract expired. Was not allowed to be exempted from this new policy change.
