Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a recommendation from the Branding Committee regarding adoption of a new county brand for use by county departments and offices.
Background
On October 4, 2022, the Commissioners Court awarded a contract to Slate Communications for county branding. A Branding Committee was formed to work with Slate Communications to help them gather input from stakeholders and provide feedback during the process. The Branding Committee, consisting of 14 members including both employees and elected officials, recommends the attached Option 1 as the new county brand.
