Williamson County sent out over8,700 notifications with five (5) vendors submitting responses for a Construction Manager at Risk for Berry Springs Park Improvements.  Work includes construction of a new park visitor center, new remote restrooms, expanded parking, new park maintenance compound, concrete trail extension, open-air event pavilion, campsite, and utility enhancements. After evaluating and negotiations, the evaluation committee is recommending award to Chasco Constructors, Ltd, LPP.  The attached proposal includes the Best and Final Offer (BAFO).
