Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $97,110.00 for Project 23IFB13 Bud Stockton Extension (Cash Construction) P: 307 Funding Source: Road Bond.
Background
This Change Order compensates the Contractor for performing full-depth pavement repairs to the existing roadway on Bud Stockton Loop prior to the final asphalt overlay being placed. Please see attached Change Order for additional information.
This Change Order results in a net increase of $97,110.00 to the Contract amount, for an adjusted Contract total of $6,050,215.59. The original Contract amount was $5,917,275.00. As a result of this and all Change Orders to-date, $132,940.59 has been added to the Contract, resulting in a 2.25% net increase in the overall Contract cost. As a result of this Change Order, (0) days will be added to the contract.
