Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving additional revisions to the Purchasing Manual.

Background

Additional revisions include added language such as clarifying role of Purchasing Agent and Purchasing Department, approval delegation on requisitions to Chief of Staff in County Judge's absence, solicitation finalist presentations shall be in person and added language regarding Federal Procurement Policies and Procedures for grant funded purchases.
