Discuss, consider and take action regarding an Order authorizing the issuance of Somerset Hills Road District No. 3 Unlimited Tax Road Bonds, Taxable Series 2023; Levying an ad valorem tax in support of the bonds; approving an official statement; authorizing the execution of a Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement with a Blanket Issuer Letter of Representation and a Bond Purchase Agreement; and authorizing other matters related to the issuance of the bonds.
Background
Garry Kimball of Specialized Public Finance and Carol Polumbo of McCall Parkhurst and Horton will be present to answer any questions. This is the first issuance of bonds for the Somerset HIlls Road District No. 3.
