Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding IFB #23IFB100 Medical Grade Oxygen to the only bidder, Dupoy Oxygen & Supply, DBA Round Rock Welding Supply and authorize the execution of the agreement.
Background
Williamson County sent out fifty-nine (59) notifications with thirteen (13) document takers and only one (1) submitting a bid. The bid has been reviewed and the bidder, Dupoy Oxygen & Supply, DBA Round Rock Welding Supply, was found to be responsive. In addition to meeting the bid qualifications subject to being the only bidder, Round Rock Welding Supply has successfully provided previous goods for Williamson County and has a favorable working relationship with the County and its representatives. It is recommended to award Medical Grade Oxygen IFB #23IFB100 contract to Dupoy Oxygen & Supply, DBA Round Rock Welding Supply. The contract term is for one (1) year with two (2) optional 12-month renewals. Funding Source is 01.0100.0540.003200. Department point of contact is Kirk Becker.
