Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to approve the Services Agreement between Williamson County and Openwork LLC for Temporary Staffing Services for the not-to-exceed amount of $14,500.00 and authorizing the execution of the Agreement.

Background

Approval of this agreement will support the Williamson County Purchasing Department with temporary staffing services during the months of October and November 2024 to assist with expediting the requisition and purchase order processing volume that is heavy at the start of the fiscal year.  Competitive quotes were obtained for this service.  This is an FY 2024 expense.  Funding Source is 01.0100.0494.001107.  Department point of contact is Joy Simonton.
