Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Floodplain Drainage Easement between Williamson County, Texas, as Grantor, and the City of Cedar Park, as Grantee, relating to the Twin Lakes Park.
Background
The purpose of the easement is to establish the boundary of the City of Cedar Park Atlas 14 100-year floodplain required as a part of a Subdivision Plat. The easement is being provided in relation to Section 3.03.008(c)(3) of the Floodplain Management regulations of the City of Cedar Park Code of Ordinances.
