Discuss, consider and take appropriate action to set a fee of $10 for the County Clerk Records Archive Fee.
Background
Per Texas Local Government Code 118.025, the commissioner's court of a county may adopt a records archive fee as part of the county's annual budget. This fee is collected and placed in a separate fund so that the Clerk may present a plan and use these funds specifically as directed under Local Governement Code 118.025. This is a continuation of a fee already being collected.
