Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the addendum to which this will extend the services provided by Questica for the budget software implementation project and authorizing the execution of the Amendment.

Approval of this Amendment will support the operations of the Williamson County Budget Office extending the agreement through 11/30/2023 to secure hours from the vendor's project implementation manager and facilitate completion of this project. The original contract was approved in Commissioners Court on 8/16/2022.  No additional funds are needed.  The attached Amendment describes in detail the professional services still needing to be performed. Funding source is 01.0100.0503.004100.  The department point of contact is Ashlie Holladay.
