Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for The Cove Phase 1 subdivision – Precinct 4.

This is the first phase of The Cove development.  It consists of 7 single family lots and 763 feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction has been completed.

2023-08-28 – 1st review complete with comments
2023-08-28 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2023-09-08 – 2nd review complete with comments 
2023-10-02 – 3rd submittal of final plat 
2023-10-05 – 3rd review complete with comments 
2023-10-10 – 4th submittal of final plat
2023-10-16 – 4th review complete with comments 
2023-10-18 – 5th submittal of final plat with signatures
2023-10-18 – 5th review complete with comments clear
2023-10-19 – final plat placed on the October 24, 2023, Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
